Implant Abutments
We work with, and fabricate most, implant systems.
We can scan and design milled abutments for implants such as 3i Biomet®, Nobel Biocare®, Zimmer®, Straumann®, and Atlantis®.
We can also produce UCLA® custom abutments and in-house milled stock abutments.
Crown & Bridge
Arieno Dental Lab works directly with doctors on diagnostic design for complex cases using a variety of crown and bridge techniques including PFMs, gold crowns, inlays/onlays, cast posts, and ceramic crowns.
Proper occlusion and excursive movement is always taken into consideration, even when the bite is redesigned.
Porcelain
Arieno creates highly aesthetic porcelain buildups, ranging from basic units to full mouth rehabilitation.
CAD-CAM
We use 3-shape® scanners in the lab, which paired with the Roland® Mill, gives us the capability of implant scanning and design as well as the fabrication of full zirconia, zirconia frames, and PMMA temps.
To print our 3D models we use the Envision® One cDLM Dental 3D Printer.
Dies & Models
We create models from the impressions you provide, and articulate those models based on the bite provided.
We utilize hinge type articulators, metal articulators, or semi-adjustable articulators, such as Stratos® and Denar®.
Soft Tissue
The lab creates a replica of the gingiva of the patients mouth using soft-tissue moulage by Kerr®.
This helps with the placement of the implant parts, ensuring they sit correctly in the mouth.
Diagnostic Wax Ups
The lab creates complete Diagnostic Wax-ups to provide a case plan of what the final case could look like and how to proceed.
Custom Shades
Teeth are as unique as fingerprints. When blends and shades are highly characterized and difficult to explain on a lab script, send your patient to our lab to meet with a skilled technician for a custom shade.
Personal attention and a trained eye for lighting, color, and how internal characteristics relate to existing dentition, make this a good solution for accurate custom work.

For your convenience, we offer FREE local pick-up and delivery in the greater Rochester, NY area.
Outside our area? We ship UPS®, using your account or ours, whatever works best for you!
