Remake & Warranty

Arieno Dental Laboratory (ADL) stands by our high quality products. If for any reason we send out a case that is incorrect through fault of our own, we will remake, or make adjustments to, that case at no charge.

Keeping open communication with our doctors and using skilled technicians is the key to maintaining a low remake rate. However, we realize that remakes are sometimes necessary and will proceed according to the following remake policy.

Remakes

Remake charges of 50-100% will apply under the following conditions:

​

  1. If a remake is requested and the remake reason is not specified, and/or the original materials or restoration is not returned.

  2. If a remake is requested after the lab deemed the case materials provided (i.e. impressions, bites, margins, etc.) were incomplete and/or unsatisfactory, and the doctor elects to proceed with the completion of the case without making any adjustments, refuses a try-in, or does not supply any further requested materials.

  3. If a remake is requested after the lab suggested a different material be used for the restoration than the material marked on the script, and the doctor elects to proceed with the completion of the case without making any adjustments.

  4. If a remake is requested because the doctor/patient requests a tooth shade differing from the original request, not including shades taken here at our Lab.

  5. If a remake is requested due to a change in the treatment plan, or materials used, from the original request.

  6. If a remake is requested when the restoration was seated after 60 days of the invoice date.

  7. If a remake is requested because the restoration fits the model, but does not fit in the mouth.

    Arieno Dental’s Remake Policy does not apply to any past due account. Arieno Dental reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse accepting any new cases or to process any remake cases until the account balance is paid in full and the account is current.

    Arieno Dental Laboratory can amend this remake policy, at our sole discretion, and without prior notice.

Warranty

ADL will, at its election, repair or replace any dental restoration, fabricated by Arieno Dental, which proves to be defective in workmanship or materials as follows, provided that the restoration is seated within 60 days of the invoice date:

  • Porcelain to metal (PFM), full cast, and ceramics are warrantied for 5 years from the invoice date.
     

  • Fracture on metal bridges and zirconia bridges are warrantied for 5 years from the invoice date
     

  • Implants include manufacturer warranties
